2eggs, lightly beaten

1/8 cchopped red onion

2 Tbspsesame oil

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt

How To Make egg drop soup

1In 2 Tb. sesame oil, cook onions until transparent. Add broth and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.

2Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Slowly add eggs to the soup and gently stir until strands form.
