This is a quick and easy meal, even for the kids who can handle a microwave. It's healthy AND delicious! You can add any variety of ingredients, including tofu and whatever you have in the fridge.

Ingredients For easy ramen soup

1 pkgramen soup (any flavor)

2 cwater or soup stock (i use the juices from the crockpot)

1/2 cprecooked meat, ie, shrimp, chicken, bbq pork, etc.

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/2 cfresh veggies, ie, green onions, mushrooms, carrots

2 Tbspsweet chili sauce (optional)
How To Make easy ramen soup

1First, put ramen noodles and water or soup stock in microwave, cook on high for 4 minutes.

2Throw in remaining ingredients, stir, and cook on high in microwave for 5 minutes.
