Ingredients For easy ramen for two.

    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2
    red onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 4 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 tsp
    sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 pkg
    sriracha chicken ramen noodles
  • 2 Tbsp
    black sesame seeds

How To Make easy ramen for two.

    Place the chicken stock in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken, garlic, carrots, red onion, and green onions. Cook two minutes. Add the seasoning packets from the noodles. Stir in the sriracha sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook two more minutes.

    Add the noodles and cook 4 minutes more. Garnish with the cilantro and black sesame seeds.
