1 pkgrefrigerated cheese tortellini or your choice

3 cfresh spinach

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

How To Make easy healthy tortellini soup

1In a dutch oven, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in broth and tomatoes. Bring too a boil . Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 min.,stirring occasionally.

2Add tortellini; cook for 7-9 min. or until tender. Sir in spinach, vinegar and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through and spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with cheese.
