1 can15-ounce size whole kernel corn (i used about 1 1/2 cups frozen corn)

1 can15-ounce size black beans, undrained

1 can10-ounce size rotel tomatoes

1 can14.5-ounce size petite diced tomatoes

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2 cbeef broth

1Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain and add to dutch oven. Add cheese and remaining ingredients and stir well.

2Cook on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
