I love Olive Gardens Pasta e Fagioli so I wanted to duplicate it. I have been working on doing just that for years and I finally (I think) did it. You be the judge. This dish was one of my late Mother-in-law's favorites.

Ingredients For darn close to olive gardens pasta e fagioli

2 lbground beef
-
1 ozolive or vegetable oil

1onion, chopped
-
1 cjulienned carrots
-
1 ccelery, chopped

28 ozdiced tomatoes
-
8 ozred kidney beans, drained and rinsed

2 Tbspbeef bouillon
-
1 Tbsporegano leaves
-
2 Tbspparsley leaves

1/2 Tbsptabasco sause

13 ozyour favorite spaghetti sauce (i use newman's own sockarooni)

salt and pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

8 ozsmall pasta

1Brown ground meat and chopped onion in oil.

2Prepare and add the remaining ingredients to the browned meat/onion mixture. Bring to a boil, add pasta. Simmer for one hour.
