Ingredients For corn soup

1/4 ccooking oil

1 canwhole kernel corn - drained

1 cancream style corn

1 cantomato paste
-
2 cantomato sauce
-
1bell pepper chopped

1onion chopped

1slab salt pork
-
salt & pepper
How To Make corn soup

1cube and boil salt pork in separate pot

2Brown onions and bell pepper in oil.

3add tomato paste and tomato sauce and let simmer for about 30 mins.

4when salt pork is tender add to the tomato mixture and let cook another 10 mins.

5add corn and desired amount of water. LET COOK TILL SOUP IS DESIRED THICKNESS (ABOUT 20 MINS).

6Salt and pepper to taste.
