1 bottle(12 ounces) beck’s oktoberfest beer

4 mdred potatoes, cubed

3 mdcarrots, sliced

1/4 ccoarse ground mustard

1 pkg(16 ounces) johnsonville® smoked bratwurst, sliced

2 mdtomatoes, cut into wedges

3 Tbspcornstarch

How To Make colorful fall harvest stew

1In a large saucepan, combine the broth, Beck’s Oktoberfest Beer, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in Johnsonville® Smoked Bratwurst and tomatoes.

2Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into stew. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve hot with a thick slice of bread.
