i came up with this soup when i wanted a cold soup once it was made i realized it works well both cold and hot please try it..

Ingredients For citrus fruit soup

  • 3 lg
    oranges
  • 3 lg
    lemons
  • 3 lg
    limes
  • 1 lg
    grapefruit
  • 1 can
    orange juice, thawed concentrate
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    pure honey

How To Make citrus fruit soup

    take each fruit and zest into lg pot then put in food processor and grind up then pour into pan with zest do all fruit add oj to cover all

    bring to boil lower heat cook and stir til reduced by 1/2 strain juice from peel put back on stove cook til it boils again.....

    taste...... add honey if it needs to be sweeter.......... fill a mug and serve with cinomom stick or chill and serve when ice cold
