8 mdrusset potatoes cut into small cubes

1 mdred onion diced

5 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cdry white wine

32 ozchicken stock

2 cheavy cream

1/4 cflour
-
1 csour cream

1/4 creal mayonnaise

1/4 cmilk

1 pkgranch dressing mix

2 csharp cheddar cheese shredded

1/2 cparmesan cheese grated

10 slicebacon cooked and diced

4green onions diced

fresh cracked black pepper
How To Make cheesy ranch potato soup with bacon

1Place the butter in a large pot. Saute the onions for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute one minute. Add the wine and let most evaporate. Stir in the chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cover pot and cook about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.

2Stir the heavy cream and flour together and set aside. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and ranch dressing together and set aside.

3Stir the heavy cream mixture into the pot. let cook until thickened. Add the cheddar and parmesan cheese. Let cook 5 minutes. Add the ranch and sour cream mixture. Cook until heated through.

4Stir in the bacon and green onions. Top with fresh cracked pepper when serving.
