1 qtmilk

1/4 cbutter

4onions, finely chopped

1/4 cflour

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

How To Make cheese and onion soup

1Scald milk, melt butter and brown onions. Blend in flour, cook, stirring 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk. Return to heat and boil 1 minute. Stir constantly. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese melts. Serves 4
