I made this soup after Thanksgiving with the scraps from the Holiday Ham. As I was eating it after every bite I just kept saying Yum! So I though I would share it with YOU!

Ingredients For cheddar ham soup

2 cdiced peeled potatoes

2 cwater
-
1/2 csliced carrots

1/4 cchopped onion

1/4 cbutter, cubed

1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 cmilk
-
1/4-1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
2 c(8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

1-1/2 ccubed fully cooked ham

1 cfrozen peas, thawed
How To Make cheddar ham soup

11. In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, carrots, onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 10-15 min or until tender.

22. Meanwhile in another saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add the milk, salt, pepper. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir into the undrained potato mixture. Add ham and peas. Enjoy!
