This is a good soup for this coming cold weather.

Ingredients For cauliflower sausage kale soup

  • 1 lb
    pork sausage, i like to use the maple flavored one
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 lg
    head of cauliflower chopped
  • 48 oz
    chicken broth
  • 3 c
    kale chopped
  • 1-2 c
    heavy cream

How To Make cauliflower sausage kale soup

    Brown sausage then add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Add vinegar. Slowly add broth then add cauliflower , Bring to a boil then simmer till cauliflower is tender.

    Add kale and wilt 1 to 2 minutes. Add cream and serve.
