    water
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 md
    tomato
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded (opt)
  • 1 pkg
    corn chips/strips optional
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper (opt if you like hot)

How To Make betty crocker's avacado soup

    Cut avacadoes into quarters lengthwise, peel and depit mix with water and milk in blender until smooth (liquify)

    Mix in lemon juice, season salt, (Cayenne pepper if desired) and tomato on medium speed.

    Top with cheese and serve with corn chips or top with tortia crisps and serve as soup.
