bell pepper soup
I have been making this recipe for years. My husband and i both love it. He says he could eat it at least 3 times a week. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For bell pepper soup

1 lbground beef

4bell peppers, chopped

29 oztomato sauce

29 ozdiced tomatoes

2beef bouillon cubes
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tspground black pepper

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 ccooked white rice
How To Make bell pepper soup

1In a Dutch Oven brown ground beef over medium high heat and then drain off fat.

2Add the chopped peppers to the browned meat and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low.

3Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes (with juice), bouillon cubes, brown sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.

4Stir in the rice and heat through. Eat and enjoy.
