Ingredients For asian style shrimp soup

  • 2 can
    (32 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 6 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • a small handful of snow peas, strings removed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 6
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 lg
    carrot julienned
  • 1 bag
    (8-12 oz.) cooked salad shrimp

How To Make asian style shrimp soup

  • 1
    Bring broth to a simmer in pot. Stir in sherry and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Add julienned carrots, lemon juice, shrimp, mushrooms and continue to cook and simmer 5 minutes longer or until shrimp is thawed and warmed.

    Sprinkle with sliced green onions
