mmmmmmmmm this soup is so good...though when I make it I always manage to get to many noodles in it and it's more like a casserole than a soup. lol

Ingredients For asian pork and noodle soup

1 lbpork steak, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspginger, ground

2 - 14 1/2 ozcans of chicken broth or 1 - 32 oz carton

2 cwater

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 cfine egg noodles, uncooked
-
1 mdcarrot, sliced
-
1 smred bell pepper, chopped

2 cfresh spinach, torn
How To Make asian pork and noodle soup

1Spray a 3 quart pan with non stick spray, heat over medium high heat. Add pork, garlic and ginger. Cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until pork is brown. Stir in broth, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Stir in noodles, carrot and peppers. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in spinach and cook until heated through and spinach is wilted.
