Ingredients For wywar z wlosczcyzny i ryby (veg fish bouillon)

    onion, quartered
  • 1 lg
    carrot, cut up
  • 1
    stalk celery, cut up
  • 1
    parsley root, cut up
  • 3
    peppercorns
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 4 c
    water
  • fish trimmings and heads
  • salt to taste

How To Make wywar z wlosczcyzny i ryby (veg fish bouillon)

  • 1
    Place vegetables and the spices in cold water. Add fish trimmings and heads. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain. Yields 4 cups.
