Ingredients For thai style prawn and salmon noodle soup

1 lbshrimp peeled and deviened

1salmon filet skinned and cut into chunks

1 tspcoriander seeds

1inch piece of ginger sliced

4 clovegarlic sliced

4 cfish stock
-
3 Tbspfish sauce

2red chilies seeded and sliced

4scallions chopped
-
1/4 cbrown sugar
-
1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped

juice of 1 lemon
-
7 ozrice noodles
How To Make thai style prawn and salmon noodle soup

1Place the fish stock in a pot and add the ginger, garlic and coriander seeds. BRing to a bowl then simmer at med heat for 10 minutes. Let sit for another 10 minutes then strain through a fine mesh strainer discarding the solids.

2Place the stock back on the stove and add the fish sauce, red chilies, brown sugar and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes.

3Place the noodles in another pan of boiling water to cook.

4Add the salmon to the pot and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Add the lemon juice

5Place the noodles in bowls. With a slotted spoon, spoon the fish and shrimp on the noodles. ladle the broth in the bowl and top with cilantro
