Ingredients For savory seafood bisque

  • 6 - 8
    mushrooms sliced
  • 3
    green onions diced
  • 1/4 lb
    each salad shrimp, bay scollops, and crabmeat
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 11 1/2 oz
    jar of frito lay brand mild chunky salsa
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 19 oz
    can frito lay brand mild cheese dip

How To Make savory seafood bisque

  • 1
    Cook mushrooms, green onions, and scallops in 1/4 cup butter or margarine until scallops are translucent. About 4 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add Salsa and simmer 2 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add cooked crab and raw shrimp. Add cheese dip. Simmer for another 5 minutes and DO NOT BOIL! Enjoy!
