Ingredients For salmon sinigang

  • 8 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    singang mix
  • 16 oz
    salmon, skinless(cut into 2
  • 3 bunch
    bok choy (chinese cabbage)
  • clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 2 lg
    tomatos or you can use (canned)
  • 5 sm
    green finger peppers (optional)

How To Make salmon sinigang

  • 1
    Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.
  • 2
    Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.

    Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes
  • 4
    Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
