Ingredients For salmon bisque

  • 1 can
    salmon, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 slice
    onion
  • 1/2
    bay leaf
  • 2 c
    hot milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make salmon bisque

  • 1
    In a saucepan add salmon, water, onion and bay leaf; simmer 15 minutes. Remove onion and bay leaf; scald milk with butter and flour which has been blended together, add seasoning. Add thickened scalded milk to the salmon mixture.
