Ingredients For new orleans shrimp & squash bisque

2 tspworcestershire sauce

2potatoes, diced

4yellow squash

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

1 tsphot pepper sauce

2 Tbspdill

2carrots, thinly sliced

6 cchicken stock

1/2 lbshrimp, cooked
How To Make new orleans shrimp & squash bisque

1In a large sauce pan, saute onions in butter, add stock, squash, potatoes and carrots.

2Cook until vegetables are tender; cool and puree in blender.

3Return bisque to stove and add remaining ingredients; bring to boil for 2 minutes, then serve.

4Add dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of dill weed for garnish, if desired.
