This is from my cousin Krista Hanna Hines. It is one of my husband; Danny's favorites. This is a picture of Krista in her red corvette!

Ingredients For krista's crawfish bisque

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

1 stickbutter
-
1 lbcrawfish tails

1 pthalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, cut up in chunks

2 canwhole kernel corn (drained)

2 cancream of potato soup

tony chachere's to taste
How To Make krista's crawfish bisque

1Saute' chopped onions in butter.

2Add crawfish, cook about 8 minutes.

3Add half & half. Add rest of ingredients.

4Cook until cream cheese is melted, add Tony's to season. Serve with chips or in bread bowls.

5Note: You probably want to double this recipe. Great for crock pot cooking!
