My mother would make these when she didn't have a lot of time to cook. It's a great warm chowder for a cool night.

Ingredients For easy clam-potato chowder

4 chot water

14.9 oz pkg betty crocker au gratin potatoes

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cfrozen corn kernels
-
1 cfrozen broccoli florets
-
2-1/2 cmilk
-
1 smonion, chopped

26-1/2 oz cans minced clams, undrained.
How To Make easy clam-potato chowder

1In lg heavy pot, heat water, potatoes and salt to boiling. Boil for 5 mins, drain.

2Stir in sauce mix and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling over med-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat to med-low and simmer, uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
