Ingredients For crab bisque made the easy way

1 can10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can10 1/2 oz. can cream of asparagus soup
-
1 1/2 cansoup cans of milk
-
1 clight cream
-
1 can6 1/2 can crab meat, drained & flaked ( more if desired)

1/4 ccooking sherry
-
4 Tbspbutter, divided
How To Make crab bisque made the easy way
-
1In a large sauce pan over medium heat, combine cream of mushroom soup & asparagus soup. Stir in milk & light cream. Heat just until boiling. Add crab meat & continue to heat. Stir in cooking sherry just before serving. Pour into individual bowls and float a pat of butter on top of each serving while still hot. Garnish with chopped parsley or chopped chives. Makes 6-8 servings depending on appetite.
