Ingredients For corn-potato-tuna chowder

2 Tbspolive oil

1 smonion, chopped

2stalks celery, diced

3 lgpotatoes, diced

3 cchicken broth

1/4 tsppepper

2 Tbspflour
-
3 cmilk
-
1 cancorn, drained

1 cantuna, drained
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese (opt)

4pieces cooked & crumbled bacon(opt)
How To Make corn-potato-tuna chowder

1Saute onion & celery in olive oil until soft.

2Add potatoes, broth & pepper.

3Heat to boiling then simmer, covered until potatoes are tender.

4Mix flour with a small amount of milk then add remaining milk.

5Slowly stir into soup mixture along with the corn.

6Cook until slightly thickened.

7Stir in tuna.

8Serve with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and saltine crackers.
