2 cmilk

3 cboiling water

3potatoes, diced

2 ccelery, chopped

How To Make bailey's bouillabaisse (fish stew)

1Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes.

2Mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside.

3Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

4Add the flour mixture, stirring constantly.

5Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
