A favorite with my kids. They get excited when the cool weather comes around as they know it’s soup time! So easy & yummy! I always add some sort of pasta to mine for added texture, it’s optional.. Enjoy!

4 ceach - steamed & chopped broccoli & cauliflower - do not overcook

1 stickbutter

1/4 cflour
-
4 cmilk

1 tspbadi ranch seasoning

1 Tbspdried onions

1 tspsalt

4 ccolby jack cheese freshly shredded

About1 cup chopped linguini cooked and chopped into 1 inch pieces - optional

How To Make ~ soup is on - ez broc/ caul/ cheese soup ~

1In a dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add flour and whisk to combine. Add onion, continue cooking and stirring a few more minutes. Add milk a cup at a time whisking to combine. Add spices & stir. Cook until begins to thicken. Once thickened I turn off heat and stir in the cheese and whisk until melted.

2Once melted add the 8 cups of broccoli and cauliflower. Stir and turn heat back to medium and add pasta if using. Simmer until heated through and serve with bacon if desired or more cheese...
