3 cbroccoli florets - chopped

2 ccauliflower florets - chopped

2 clovegarlic - minced

1/2 cshallots - diced

1 lgcarrot - diced

3 1/2 clow sodium vegetable or chicken broth

kosher salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste

1 clow fate milk
-
6 ozextra sharp white cheddar cheese - shredded

1 cplain non-fat greek yogurt
How To Make slow cooker broccoli cauliflower cheese soup

1Place broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, shallot, garlic, salt, pepper, hot sauce and vegetable or chicken broth in slow cooker

2Stir everything together then cover with lid and set to low. Cook for 6-8 hours or until the vegetables are very tender

3Use an immersion blender or regular blender to puree the soup until it is smooth

4Add in the mild and cheese and blend until the cheese is melted and everything is combined

5Blend in the Greek yogurt until combined and the soup is smooth. Taste for seasoning and serve
