Ingredients For shrimp & corn soup

  • 1-1/2 lb
    cleaned shrimp
  • 1 sm
    yellow onion
  • 1/2 c
    bell pepper
  • 1 stalk
    celery
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 can
    creamed corn
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1-1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make shrimp & corn soup

  • 1
    Chop veggies and sauté in butter and olive oil until translucent. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add corn, milk, cream, and seasonings.

    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crunchy French bread.
