Ingredients For shawn's shrimp and corn soup

1/2 stickbutter
-
1 pkgchopped seasonngs, onion, bell pepper, celery

2 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 canmild rotel tomatoes, drained

2 1/2 ptheavy cream
-
2 ptmilk
-
2 lbshrimp
-
1 lbcrabmeat
-
cayenne pepper to taste
-
cajun seasoning to taste

2 canwhole kernal corn, drained

2 cancreamed corn
How To Make shawn's shrimp and corn soup

1Saute' butter, sesonings mix, garlic, Rotel, a few shrimp and some crab meat (save most of shrimp and crab for later!). Tne npuree and set aside.

2Boil heavy cream and milk together to make soup base. Now add 2 cans whole kernal corn, and 2 cans creamed corn.

3Saute' 2 pounds shrimp and 1 pound crabmeat. Season to taste with cajun seasonings or red pepper.

4Combine the soup base, seasoning base, and sauted shrimp and crab. Cook over low heat until desired thickness. Can add chicken stock and milk if needs to be thinned.
