Ingredients For potato soup

12 mdpotatoes, diced

6 cwater

1 smwhole onion, peeled

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 cancampbell's cream of chicken soup

2 Tbspflour, mixed with enough water to make a paste

1/2 pkgphiladelphia cooking cream, italian herbs & cheese

1 csour cream
-
1 cextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make potato soup

1In large pot simmer potatoes, whole onion, vegetable oil and salt and pepper until potatoes are tender.

2Discard the onion. Add chicken soup, flour/paste mixture and simmer until smooth and thick.

3Add cooking cream, cheddar cheese and sour cream and gently stir until cheese is melted and combined well. Add crumbled bacon.
