Ingredients For potato soup

6 slicebacon, cooked and drained

6potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 conion, grated

2/3 ccarrots, peeled and chopped

1/2 ccelery, diced

1/4head of cabbage, chopped

4 cwater
-
salt & pepper to taste

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1egg, beaten
-
2 Tbspflour
How To Make potato soup

1Combine bacon, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, cabbage, water, salt & pepper in soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

2In a small bowl, combine beaten egg and flour. Gradually stir into milk. Gradually add to soup pot.

3After milk has been added, simmer but DO NOT BOIL.
