Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For potato broccoli bacon cheddar "stewp"

4 mdpotatoes unpeeled, diced

1 mdonion, diced

2 cbroccoli, chopped
-
3 cmilk
-
3 Tbspbutter, cold
-
1/3 cflour
-
4 ccheese, shredded
-
29 ozchicken or veggie broth
How To Make potato broccoli bacon cheddar "stewp"

1Add your spuds, onions and broth to your crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours.

2At the 2 hour mark, add your milk and cook another hour.

3Make a rue in a small saucepan and add to the soup, mixing well. Add your broccoli and lower heat and cook another hour.

4Nuke some turkey or pork bacon, about 6 slices, and break up. Add to the soup and cook another 30 minutes.

5Add the cheese and cook another 30 minutes. Serve with a bread or biscuit and a salad for a very hearty fall dinner.
