Ok so I was going throw a rough time awhile as we all do and my son who was 2 at the time wanted pepperoni pizza for dinner one time and I didn't have the extra money to get him any. So i decided to look and see what I did have to make something like it if anything. Let's just say I found some ingredients and he loves this soup more then pizza now. This recipe is quick, convenient, easy, and very filling.

Ingredients For pepperoni pizza soup

  • 3 can
    tomato bisque ( servings a can pre person)
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni (cut into quaters)
  • 1 pkg
    cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic salt or powder
  • 3 tsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 box
    croutons (any kind)

How To Make pepperoni pizza soup

  • 1
    Heat a good size pot on med/high heat. Add your Tomato Bisque to the pot. Add 1 cup of water to the soup.

    Cut Pepperoni into 4 pieces. Mix pepperoni into soup. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to med/low to low heat. Mix in 2-3 handfuls of shredded cheese.

    Mix in garlic salt or powder. Cover about 5mins constantly stir so soup doesn't burn to the pot. Remover cover. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Croutons. Then serve.
