    potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 8 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 7 oz
    jar roasted red pepper drained and choped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    each ground sage and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1
    head broccoli cut into florets or large bag frozen broccoli
  • 2/3 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • fresh shredded parmesan cheese for serving

How To Make parmesan potato and broccoli soup

    Place all ingredients up the the flour in slow cooker and cook on low 7 hours. Mix the flour with the sour cream until smooth. Add to the slow cooker along with the heavy cream , grated Parmesan cheese and bacon Cook another 1 hour

    Serve sprinkled with shredded Parmesan cheese.
