1Place all ingredients up the the flour in slow cooker and cook on low 7 hours. Mix the flour with the sour cream until smooth. Add to the slow cooker along with the heavy cream , grated Parmesan cheese and bacon Cook another 1 hour

2Serve sprinkled with shredded Parmesan cheese.
