Ingredients For loaded baked potato soup

4 lgbaking potatoes
-
2/3 cbutter, room temperature
-
2/3 cflour
-
6 cmilk
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
1/3 tsppepper
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
12 slicebacon ( cooked and crumbled )

4green onions ( chopped finely )
-
1sour cream ( 8 oz )
How To Make loaded baked potato soup

1Bake potatoes 400 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out and reserve.

2Melt butter in large pot over low heat. Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth.

3Add milk, cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in potatoes, salt & pepper, cheese, bacon and onions. Cook until heated well but DO NOT BOIL. Stir in sour cream.
