Ingredients For indian curry soup

2medium size onions chopped

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbspgood curry madras

2 cchicken broth
-
1 cantomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

½ cheavy cream

1 canpeaches, canned
-
salt and pepper for taste

8 oz shrimps - optional
How To Make indian curry soup

1heat up the oil and add the onions until clear add the curry and mix.

2add the tomatoes and broth make it boil and add the heavy cream.

3chop up 6 halfs of peaches - no juice - add to the soup. Reduce heat taste with salt and a dash of pepper.

4Serve with shredded lettuce in the bottom of the bowl and good bread.. Enjoy!!
