Ingredients For grammy barb's potato ham soup

lg4 large russet potato's sliced in chunks

c2 cups beef broth low sodium

md2 medium onions chopped
-
stick2 stalks of celery
-
lg3 carrots chopped
-
c1/2 cup parsley
-
Tbsp3 tablespoons butter
-
c3 cups milk
-
tsp1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
-
Tbsp3 tbs. flour
-
c1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
c1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
-
c2 cups cubed ham / plus ham bone
-
Tbsp1 tbs. chopped garlic from jar

pkg1/2 package of smoked bacon, drained and crumbled
How To Make grammy barb's potato ham soup

1In a Large pan, place Ham bone, and potato's in broth.

2Add onions, carrots, celery, parsley, garlic, chucks of Ham, and cooked smoked bacon.

3Cook for 30 min.

4When almost done, in a fry pan. Melt Butter, add flour, and milk gradually and stir until thickened Then add cheeses and stir again.

5Add this to Broth, and stir until blended. Add Red pepper flakes and Black pepper.
