My family loves this potato soup. I usually fix corn casserole to go with it.

Ingredients For easy potato soup

  • 6
    baking potatoes, baked
  • 6 can
    cream of potato soup (i use campbells)
  • 2 qt
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1
    bag oscar meyer real bacon bits
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped (optional)
  • shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

How To Make easy potato soup

  • 1
    Bake potatoes until done(I bake mine in the microwave). Let cool. Cut into cubes (you can leave the peel on). Pour whipping cream into crockpot, add 6 cans of cream of potato soup, add potatoes, onion (if desired), and bacon bits. Cook in crockpot on high for 1 hour, then turn to low for 2-3 hours. If desired, top with cheddar cheese when served.
