2 lgbroccoli head, chopped, using mostly the florets

1 smwhite onion, diced

2 cloveminced garlic

4 cchicken broth

2 chalf & half

1 tspground mustard

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

8 ozsharp white cheddar, grated

4 ozpepper jack cheese, grated
How To Make crock pot broccoli cheese soup

1Add the broccoli, onion, garlic, chicken broth, 1/2 & 1/2, and spices to your crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until broccoli is very tender.

2Turn off the crockpot. Using an immersion blender, blend soup to a smooth consistency.

3Add cheese to the blended, hot soup and stir until melted and creamy. Serve immediately.
