Ingredients For creamy potato soup w/ ham

3-1/2 cpeeled, diced potatoes

1/3 cdiced celery

1/3 cfinely chopped onion

1 ccooked, diced ham

3-1/4 cchicken broth
-
1/2 tspeach, salt and pepper

5 Tbspbutter
-
5 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh chives
How To Make creamy potato soup w/ ham

1In a lg pot, combine potatoes, celery, onion, ham and chicken broth, over medium heat. Bring to a broil until potatoes are tender, about 15 mins.

2Stir in salt and pepper. In a saucepan, melt butter over med-low heat. Whisk in flour until thickened. Slowly whisk in milk. Stir for 5 mins.

3Stir milk mix into potato mix and heat through. Sprinkle w/ chives.
