Ingredients For creamy crawfish bisque

4 Tbspbutter, unsalted

1 bunchgreen onion

1 conions, diced

1 cred bell pepper

3 cheavy whipping cream

3 chalf and half

2 cchicken or seafood stock

1 Tbsptomato paste

2 lbcrawfish tails

1 Tbspcreole seasoning

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1thyme, leaves

1lemon zest, grated
How To Make creamy crawfish bisque

1Saute diced onion, red bell pepper, and green onions in melted butter until soft. Add Crawfish tails and simmer, remove from heat.

2Add in tomato paste and stock, whisk together well. Slowly add heavy whipping cream, half and half while whisking on low heat.

3Add Crawfish mixture and seasonings. Simmer and stir until mixture is thickened. Serve with lemon zest and a side of french bread for dipping! Tres Bien!
