Ingredients For cream of peanut butter soup

1 cchopped celery

2 Tbspbutter

1 cmilk or half and half

1/2 mdonion

2 Tbspflour

1 cpeanut butter, creamy

chopped chives

7 cchicken broth
How To Make cream of peanut butter soup

1Saute celery & onion in butter in a large dutch oven until tender; add flour. Stir until smmoth. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly.

2Gradually adding chicken broth, bring mixture to a boil. Add peanut butter & milk; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stirrin constantly ( do not boil).

3Garnish soup w/ chives.
