This is one of those soups that is nice when combined with another soup. When you swirl 2 soups together in one bowl and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.

1 cancorn, drained

2 cboiling water

2 chot milk

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppaprika

1 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour
How To Make cream of corn soup

1Chop the corn and the onion. Add to saucepan with water and simmer 20 minutes. Press through sieve, forcing through all the corn possible. Add milk and seasonings. Thicken with the blended butter and flour.
