Ingredients For cream of cauliflower & roasted pepper pastina

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 cdiced onion

3 ccauliflower, small florets

1 Tbspchicken bouillon granules

1 cwater
-
1 dashgarlic powder

1/2 cpastina
-
2 Tbspmarinated rosted pepper finely chopped

3 slicevelveeta cheese
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
1 dashblack pepper
How To Make cream of cauliflower & roasted pepper pastina

1Sauté the onion in the butter in a sauce pan

2Add cauliflower and chicken bouillon granules And bring to a boil for 3 minutes

3Add Pastina and reduce to a slight boil for 4 minutes

4Add Velveeta, cream and pepper Cook at a simmer till the desired consistency

5For soup add ½ c milk or more if you wish for a thinner broth. I also add toasted bread cubes for a little crunch.
