Ingredients For colby corn chowder

6 lgpotatoes..peeled & cubed

1 tspsalt
-
1 lgonion..chopped
-
1/4 cbutter or margarine
-
2 can(14 3/4oz each) cream style corn

4bacon strips..cooked & crumbled
-
3 cmilk
-
8 ozcolby cheese..cubed
How To Make colby corn chowder

1Place potatoes in a large kettle;sprinkle with salt & cover with water.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover & simmer until potatoes are done.

2Meanwhile ,in a skillet,saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in corn,bacon;heat through. Drain potatoes,add milk heat through. Stir in corn mixture & cheese,heat through. Serve immediately.
