Ingredients For chicken and corn chowder

2 1/2 cdiced cooked chicken

16 ozcream-style corn

16 ozcut corn
-
1 cdiced onions
-
2 cdiced potatoes
-
2 cchicken broth
-
2 c1/2 and 1/2 cream

white pepper to taste
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
roux to thicken the soup

3 Tbspchicken base or to taste
How To Make chicken and corn chowder

1In a stock pot, Saute the chicken. Add the potatoes & onions in water boil until tender. Add all the remaining ingredients to the stock pot, (except) half and half & roux. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, now add cream or milk temper the milk in the stock, and Roux to get the texture you like. Simmer another 15 minutes.
