Ingredients For cheese soup

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    grated carrots
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 can
    14oz chicken broth
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make cheese soup

  • 1
    Saute the onions, carrots and celery with the butter in a soup pot until very tender.
  • 2
    Add the potato soup, chicken broth, worchestershire.
  • 3
    Add the milk and bring to a slight boil.
  • 4
    Add cheese and sour cream. Cook until thickened and hot, stirring constantly.
